Hey everybody, I I have returned from Peru!  Here is an overview of my time there!

I’m back from Peru and excited to share my experiences with you. I am so thankful to the Lord for your prayers and support, for with out this the blessings God had prepared for the people of Peru would not have happened.

The first night we were in Peru, we were so tired that we had an early dinner and went to bed.

The next day we had a ministry conference to pour into the lives of the Peruvians.  We then split up our groups into woman’s and men’s bible studies.

The next day we continued the local ministry conference. Afterwards we went to the plaza to do an outreach. We started by handing out flyers and having live worship to draw a crowd. Once the people had gathered, Andrew, one of the youth from our group shared his testimony and made an alter call. We really sensed the Lord moving and had three people come forward to accept Christ.

On the third day we went to the local skate park and hung out with the youth, passing out fliers. Later that night we had a volley ball tournament, did some skits, and shared the gospel with the crowd which had gathered.

On the fourth day we packed up and left to the surf camp which lasted three days.

At the end of the camp our bus driver, instead of arriving at 10 o’clock as planned, showed up five hours late. We were tired and ready to leave, but then we realized we were at the beach, and counted our blessings for the Lord’s mercy.

The next day we had a soccer tournament, sharing the gospel, and doing a couple of skits. What a blessing to have so much fun and see God use it for His glory.

On our ninth day we had a work project, repairing and cleaning around the church. That night we had a youth concert.

On the tenth day we went to see pre-Inca ruins and to learn some Peruvian history.

On our last day we rested, packed our bags and prepared to return home. But at night we watched a soccer game with the Peruvians and had a church BBQ.

Thank you very much for your support.
