But as we were allowed of God to be put in trust with the gospel, even so we speak; not as pleasing men,

You know Brad just returned from a 63 day trip to the United States.  In that time he traveled over 8200 miles , through 18 states, visiting over 20 churches and 10 home fellowships.  Anyone who thinks that a trip to the United States is a vacation, or that ministry only happens here in Brazil come along some time and see what it is like.

Was God moving? YES!  Oh how glorious it is to be called and used by the LORD God, creator of the Heavens and the Earth!

Melissa and the kids were busy with their home school studies, doing outreaches in the local communities, and “holding the fort down.”  Melissa has started teaching Sunday School in our local church in the city of Manaus.

From Brad, “Thank you for all of the love you showed towards me and our family as I came across the U.S.  Also, thank you to each of the people who counseled with me over future ministry vision, giving me encouragement and helping me keep my eyes focused upon the Lord.”

Being back in Brazil now for 4 days, we are now planning for our next trip into the Villages, May 7th – 31st.  On this trip, we will cast our future vision to the people in all three villages and encourage the leaders to “Fight the good fight of faith,” (1 Tim 6:12) and to take “hold of the eternal life to which” they were “called when” they made their “good confession in the presence of many witnesses.”
